Scope of Certification IFPQT is dedicated to offering internationally recognized certifications for various industries, education sectors, and professional qualifications. All institutions that register for IFPQT certification are referred to as IFPQT-certified entities, and the certification process follows rigorous standards, similar to those of Qualiopi. Certifications awarded after training and examinations are internationally certified and globally qualified. 2. Eligibility Only institutions and professionals who meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the IFPQT certification process are eligible for certification. IFPQT reserves the right to modify these criteria at any time. 3. Certification Process Certification is granted following a comprehensive process that includes: Training provided by accredited organizations. Successful completion of examinations or assessments. Verification of professional standards and practices in accordance with IFPQT guidelines. 4. Certification Validity and Renewal Certified institutions and professionals must maintain their certification through continuous training and periodic assessments. IFPQT will provide clear guidelines for certification renewal, including any required continuing education or re-examination. 5. Certification Rights Once certified, institutions and individuals are permitted to use the IFPQT certification mark in accordance with the guidelines provided. The certification is valid for a specified period and may be revoked or suspended if compliance with IFPQT standards is not maintained. 6. Responsibilities of Certified Institutions Certified institutions must: Ensure their staff members are properly trained and qualified to maintain certification. Adhere to IFPQT's quality and ethical standards. Provide timely updates to IFPQT regarding any changes in training practices or operational procedures. Allow IFPQT to conduct audits or inspections to ensure compliance with certification standards. 7. Termination and Suspension of Certification IFPQT reserves the right to suspend or revoke a certification if an institution or individual fails to meet the established standards, engages in unethical practices, or provides false information during the certification process. 8. Liability IFPQT is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our certifications or training materials, and it is the responsibility of certified entities to ensure their own operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. 9. Privacy and Data Protection IFPQT respects the privacy of all clients and adheres to strict data protection regulations. We will never share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to ensure compliance with certification standards. 10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by international law. Any disputes arising from the use of IFPQT’s services shall be handled under the jurisdiction specified by IFPQT. 11.
